PEAK REPLAY

Terms of Use — Review Draft

Draft for review — not final legal terms.

This page lists the product facts that the owner should use when preparing approved terms. It is not a substitute for that review.

Current public beta

Peak Replay Public Beta 0.5.11 is a Windows application. All existing editing and export features are available free during the beta without registration, activation, or payment.

Beta expiration

Free export access expires December 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM Pacific Time. After that, new exports are disabled. Creating, opening, editing, saving, and previewing projects remain available, and previously exported files remain available.

Your footage and music

Only distribute videos containing footage, photographs, and music you have permission to use. Do not imply that depicted athletes or teams endorse Peak Replay.

Future commercial plans

A proposed $19.99 one-time lifetime export unlock is a future plan, subject to change. No purchase, subscription, or license activation is offered in the beta.

Before publishing

The owner must review license permissions, beta limitations, warranty and liability language, third-party notices, governing law, legal operator details, and support contact information. Replace this draft with approved terms before launch.
